Refund Policy
At Beagle Buys, we want you to be delighted with your purchase.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, or have simply changed your mind, you can return any unused purchase to us within 28 days of the date you ordered the goods.
For Unwanted Products
We offer a "28 day no quibble" guarantee and so you can send any item you are not completely satisfied with back to us unused and unopened with any original packaging, tags, instructions, etc attached and in a re-saleable condition, within 28 days and we will refund you the price you paid for that item(excluding postage and packaging charges).
We will make the refund to your Paypal account within 28 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition that it was in when delivered to you. You will only have to pay for the return postage of the product/s. Please contact us at Admin@beaglebuys.co.uk to inform us of your wish to return the goods.
For Faulty Products
We try our best here at Beagle Buys to ensure the products we send arrive in excellent condition. However, if the product you ordered arrives damaged or faulty, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund providing you return the product to us within 28 days of receipt. We will also refund the cost of return postage providing reasonable costs are involved.. By reasonable we mean no more than the standard cost of sending an item back to us via the standard Royal Mail service. Please contact us at Admin@beaglebuys.co.uk to inform us of your wish to return the goods. You are advised to obtain proof of posting.
