Delivery Information

Beagle Buys aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours on receipt of order including Saturdays (yes we even post on Saturday) (excluding bank holidays). The delivery charge for your order is calculated automatically on the shopping basket page and will depend upon the weight of the items purchased. We never knowingly overcharge for postage and packaging costs and aim to keep prices to a minimum.

Postage and packaging charges are inclusive of VAT.

 

Multiple items.

Multiple purchases will be consolidated at the checkout and the postage for the combined weights will be charged. This means we will not charge you any more postage than is absolutely necessary.  

Beagle Buys only use Royal Mail 1st Class post and Standard Parcel post.
All European (EU) orders will be sent via Royal Mail Air Mail.

Delivery will be made to the address given at the time of ordering, please ensure your details are correct before placing your order.

You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your payment details.

 

UK.

All orders will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class or Standard Parcel post depending upon the weight. Standard UK shipping is typically 1-3 working days. It should be noted that at times of high demand eg Christmas, delivery may be significantly longer.

 

Europe (All EU Countries).

Shipping to Europe is based on the weight or value of your order.

Orders to Europe (EU)

All European (EU) orders will be sent via Royal Mail International post. The European postage charges breakdown:

 

International (non-EU destinations).

Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. If so, you should consult your local customs office. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these charges will be and Beagle Buys is not responsible for them. All items will be dispatched with the correct customs labels applied. However, please be aware that your parcel may be opened and inspected by customs and that items can be delayed through customs.

Liabilities.

While Beagle Buys makes every effort to ensure that you receive your order within the prescribed delivery schedule, we will not accept responsibility for delays which are out of our control. including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.

 

Non Delivered Goods.

If you do not receive an item then we reserve the right to ask you to wait 15 working days before we re-dispatch the item.
We also reserve the right to charge for re-delivery if the item was not collected or if a re-delivery is not arranged by you on receipt of a card from the courier or Royal Mail.
